Registration

To register for the conference please complete and submit a conference registration form which can be downloaded HERE. Organizations that would like to register multiple attendees at one time, may submit a group registration spreadsheet which can be downloaded HERE.

Venue

The conference will be held at Hamley & Company’s Slick Fork Saloon located at 8 SE Court Ave, Pendleton.

Schedule

The conference will open with an evening reception on Wednesday, October 7th at The Prodigal Son.  There will be a full day of conference sessions on Thursday, October 8th with the conference concluding on Friday, October 9th with sessions in the morning followed by an airport tour after lunch. Hotel Information

A block of rooms at The Hotel Pendleton (105 SE Court Ave.) has been reserved at a rate of $110 plus tax for conference attendees. To make a reservation please call Andrea Brinton at 541-429-4342 (M-Th 7am-2pm or Friday 7am-12pm) and identify yourself as part of the OAMA Annual Conference group.

Sponsors: Sponsor opportunities for the Annual Conference are structured with every budget in mind and range from $500 to $3,000. For a full list of sponsorship options with the corresponding benefits please download the sponsor information form HERE.

Exhibitors: Due to a lack of space at the conference venue, there will not be any physical spaces offered for exhibiting as has been traditionally offered at our annual conference. Instead, we will be offering 10-minute time slots within the conference agenda for companies to make a presentation to attendees. These presentations may include a PowerPoint presentation and/or items to handout to attendees if so desired. Annual Awards: Nominations are being accepted for ‘Project of the Year’ and ‘Airport Executive of the Year’ to be presented at this year’s annual conference. A nomination form can be downloaded HERE, deadline to submit is August 31st.
